N&P is celebrating scooping a top customer service award – after being named ‘Best Regional Branch Network’ in the Your Money awards.
The award was given after a series of mystery shopping visits were made to N&P branches. The Your Money judges said:
“One building society that has been a steadfast servant amid the economic downturn has been Norwich and Peterborough (N&P), a rock in stormy seas. With a network of more than 50 branches throughout East Anglia, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Bedfordshire, N&P gives its customers plenty of choice and convenience. It also has a helpful contact centre open six days a week and still offers customers the opportunity to deal with it by post should they so wish.
“N&P has established and maintained an excellent rapport with its customers and is renowned for its service standards.”
